Updates Available on All Three Mages of Bloodmyr Novels

Posted by:

For those who have the Kindle ebook edition of any of the Mages of Bloodmyr series novels, there are updates available for you. In order to get the updates:

1. The Circle of Sorcerers:
— It is recommended to delete the ebook from your account on Amazon.com.
— Go to the Circle of Sorcerers Amazon sales page (click the cover on the right of this page).
— “Buy” the free ebook again, then deliver it to your Kindle.
— You may have to add the book to your archive on the Kindle, then download it again.
— Updates include the maps and the chapter header graphics that, for some reason, didn’t work in the old edition.

2. The Consuls of the Vicariate and The Immortals of Myrdwyer:
— Go to Manage My Kindle in your Amazon account settings on Amazon.com (or your Amazon website).
— Browse to the entry for each book.
— Immediately after the book’s title (on the left side of the screen), mouse over “update available” and download the updated copy.
— Updates include the maps, chapter header graphics (the ones that didn’t work), and a few formatting fixes inside the text that I found. (Strange characters, etc.)

And that’s it! Your copies will be updated. Everyone who purchased after about mid-August should be okay and should have the correct versions of the book(s). If your book(s) didn’t have a map, you need the updates–they add so much more to the experience.

I would just like to thank you for the formatting corrections and updates. I just purchased the first book 3 days ago and finished the third book a couple fo minutes ago, and apart from some chapters in the first one that wouldn’t let me get to the next page until I had clicked back and forth on the preceeding chapter heding, it worked very well.

I would also like to thank you for the books themselves. I was looking for something new to read, and they were just up my alley, I only wished they were longer or that the series would be continued!. 😀

To sum it up: Thank you!

Thank you, Havard. 🙂 I appreciate that very much. Yes, I only wish someone had mentioned the issues sooner. The books had been out for quite some time before someone ever mentioned an issue with the formatting, but once I heard about it, I got busy. I am dedicated to making the highest quality books that I can, and I know how angry I get when it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to.

This series is technically finished, but I am writing a fourth book in the world right now which details Ismerelda’s life during the Great War. I have no release date yet, but I’m steadily tapping the keys to get it on the digital paper, as it were.

      Thank you! 🙂
